前言：

中國哈爾濱國際物流技術(shù)及運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)展覽會已經(jīng)連續(xù)成功舉辦九屆，與中國哈爾濱國際裝備制造業(yè)博覽會（簡稱CHIME哈爾濱制博會）同期召開，是目前在黑龍江舉辦的唯一一個(gè)國家級、國際性機(jī)械行業(yè)專業(yè)展會，“哈爾濱CHIME”由中國國際貿(mào)易促進(jìn)委員會、黑龍江省人民政府、哈爾濱市人民政府聯(lián)合主辦，中國國際貿(mào)易促進(jìn)委員會黑龍江省分會、哈爾濱市分會、哈爾濱中信偉業(yè)展覽有限公司具體承辦，是中國國際貿(mào)易促進(jìn)委員會正式批準(zhǔn)的專業(yè)制造業(yè)國際展會，旨在配合國家東北老工業(yè)基地振興戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施。

2010年第十屆中國哈爾濱國際物流技術(shù)及運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)展覽會定于2010年4月27日－29日在哈爾濱國際會展中心召開，設(shè)室內(nèi)展出面積26000平米、室外凈地10000平米，整體展出面積36000平米。預(yù)計(jì)參會國家和地區(qū)達(dá)到30個(gè)，國外客商3千余人，國內(nèi)客商5萬余人。

2010 Tenth China Harbin International Fair logistics technology and transportation systems is scheduled for April 27, 2010 -29 days held at Harbin International Exhibition Center, located indoor exhibition area of 26,000 square meters, outdoor net 10000 square meters, the overall displayan area of 36,000 square meters.Participants are expected to reach 30 countries and regions, foreign businessmen three thousand people, domestic businessmen five thousand people.

展會回顧： 

發(fā)展至今，“哈爾濱CHIME”已經(jīng)歷了九個(gè)春秋。累積展出面積達(dá)150000平米，來自俄羅斯、德國、英國、美國、瑞典、波蘭、瑞士、奧地利、匈牙利、意大利、韓國、日本等二十余個(gè)國家和中國香港、臺灣、澳門地區(qū)及國內(nèi)數(shù)十余個(gè)省市的三千余家知名企業(yè)參展參會，彰顯制博會的專業(yè)化和國際化程度；累計(jì)接待國內(nèi)外專業(yè)觀眾20余萬人，展會協(xié)議與合同交易額累計(jì)達(dá)180億元，充分體現(xiàn)了“CHIME”的裝備制造業(yè)貿(mào)易平臺作用。

2006年，“哈爾濱CHIME”被黑龍江省人民政府正式列為中俄友好年黑龍江省重要經(jīng)貿(mào)活動(dòng)，成為中俄友好年黑龍江省重要經(jīng)貿(mào)活動(dòng)的一大亮點(diǎn)；2007年，《中共黑龍江省委關(guān)于深入貫徹落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，加快新型工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的決定》中將“哈爾濱CHIME”列為重點(diǎn)推介的會展項(xiàng)目；2008年、2009年《哈爾濱市人民政府工作報(bào)告》將“哈爾濱CHIME”確定為會展業(yè)重點(diǎn)任務(wù)和工作目標(biāo)。

1、時(shí)間：2010年4月25日－26日

每天8:30進(jìn)館，中午不休息，17:00閉館。布展期間如需加班請?zhí)崆暗椒?wù)中心申請審批，并繳納100元/小時(shí)的加班費(fèi)，當(dāng)日加班可至24時(shí)；

2、大會將按照國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)搭建展位，如有特別裝修要求或需拆除展位間隔板，請?jiān)诓颊骨跋蚪M委會提交裝修圖紙和需求申請（注明用電額度），經(jīng)同意后方可施工。易燃裝修材料及電線必須做防火處理。

3、特別裝修展位的布展采取場外成型、場內(nèi)組裝的方式。特別裝修的高度不超過6米。
