近日，龍合智能理化實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)部裝修完畢，衛(wèi)生、水電設(shè)施和相關(guān)儀器設(shè)備等全部規(guī)范配套到位，標(biāo)志著歷時(shí)近三個(gè)多月的今年公司重點(diǎn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目——理化實(shí)驗(yàn)室新建擴(kuò)建工程圓滿結(jié)束并投入使用。

目前實(shí)驗(yàn)室已配備設(shè)備包含：關(guān)節(jié)臂三坐標(biāo)、油液顆粒計(jì)數(shù)器、直讀光譜儀、萬(wàn)能試驗(yàn)機(jī)、金相拋磨一體機(jī)、高精度一體式顯微鏡、金相顯微鏡、維氏硬度計(jì)、洛氏硬度計(jì)、超聲波探傷儀、磁粉探傷儀、鹽霧試驗(yàn)機(jī)、全自動(dòng)振動(dòng)失效機(jī)等含蓋了公司材料化學(xué)分析、力學(xué)性能、金相檢驗(yàn)、形位公差、焊縫質(zhì)量、油品清潔度以及表面處理等所需的綜合檢測(cè)功能。

公司理化實(shí)驗(yàn)室投入使用后，將極大地改善公司原有理化實(shí)驗(yàn)室面積相對(duì)狹小、檢測(cè)能力不足的狀況，在產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)檢驗(yàn)、新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、質(zhì)量提升、品質(zhì)改良、工藝改進(jìn)以及促進(jìn)科研團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)等方面將全面發(fā)揮作用，進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)公司發(fā)展競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力！
