龍合靈空系列-智能無人裝卸系統(tǒng)，是龍合智能全新研發(fā)設計的一款從空中、自上而下地完成智能無人裝卸的智能系統(tǒng)，這一系統(tǒng)突破了四面封閉、頂端開放式的運輸車型裝車難、卸車難的瓶頸問題。應用場景包括但不限于：頂開式集裝箱、火車貨運車廂以及平板車、拖掛車、高中低欄車等公路運輸車型，具備先進的智能安全防護功能，能有效提高裝卸效率、避免貨物損壞現象的發(fā)生。目前，該智能無人裝車系統(tǒng)已經成功應用于中石化行業(yè)的倉儲出貨現場作業(yè)中。

龍合靈空系列—智能無人裝卸系統(tǒng)，可根據不同運輸車型頂端開放的結構特點，在客戶現場劃定特定的裝卸作業(yè)區(qū)域并布設地面導軌，待運輸車輛駛入地面導軌間駐停后，利用行走機構智能檢測功能將運輸車廂調整到相對位置，以保證作業(yè)的順利進行；裝卸系統(tǒng)整體沿導軌往來穿梭于輸送輥道出貨區(qū)和運輸車輛之間；通過配置對應的承載器具（按不同的貨物類型、有無托盤等信息選擇相對應的作業(yè)器具），對需要搬運和出入庫的貨物進行裝卸車操作。該套系統(tǒng)已成功適用于對袋狀、箱狀、桶狀的垛狀碼放類或托盤類貨物進行的裝車作業(yè)現場。
