屬具工作組二屆一次會(huì)議由工作組組長(zhǎng)楊靜主持。楊靜組長(zhǎng)首先作了《全國(guó)工業(yè)車(chē)輛標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)第一屆屬具工作組工作總結(jié)和第二屆屬具工作組近期工作設(shè)想》的報(bào)告，與會(huì)組員對(duì)近期工作設(shè)想進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真的審議，并提出了一些很好的意見(jiàn)和建議，還審議通過(guò)了《全國(guó)工業(yè)車(chē)輛標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)屬具工作組章程》，同時(shí)，也詳細(xì)討論了《工業(yè)車(chē)輛貨叉和屬具標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系框架圖和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系表》，并討論確定了2023年擬立項(xiàng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目。

根據(jù)日程安排，由工業(yè)車(chē)輛標(biāo)委會(huì)趙春暉秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)主持對(duì)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《叉車(chē)屬具安全規(guī)程》（初稿）進(jìn)行了討論。與會(huì)組員在聽(tīng)取了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)牽頭起草單位龍合智能裝備制造有限公司對(duì)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《叉車(chē)屬具安全規(guī)程》的任務(wù)來(lái)源和主要技術(shù)內(nèi)容等的介紹后，本著認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)的態(tài)度對(duì)上述國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)初稿逐章逐條進(jìn)行了討論，并對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)初稿提出了很多好的意見(jiàn)與建議。

屬具工作組自2017年3月成立以來(lái)，卓有成效地開(kāi)展了許多工作，包括逐步建立和完善了屬具標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系、積極參與國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化活動(dòng)、按時(shí)召開(kāi)年會(huì)、按時(shí)完成工業(yè)車(chē)輛標(biāo)委會(huì)下達(dá)的各項(xiàng)工作任務(wù)等。截至目前，屬具工作組已組織制定了1項(xiàng)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和11項(xiàng)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；正在組織制定1項(xiàng)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和7項(xiàng)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。第二屆屬具工作組的成立，對(duì)于更好地開(kāi)展工業(yè)車(chē)輛屬具標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作，提升屬具的技術(shù)水平和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，保證工業(yè)車(chē)輛的安全作業(yè)，推動(dòng)工業(yè)車(chē)輛屬具向智能化、信息化方向發(fā)展，以實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)車(chē)輛行業(yè)的高質(zhì)量發(fā)展將打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。

此次會(huì)議在各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)心和支持下，在工業(yè)車(chē)輛標(biāo)委會(huì)秘書(shū)處的精心組織下，在全體與會(huì)代表的共同努力下，在會(huì)議承辦單位龍合智能裝備制造有限公司的大力支持下，圓滿地完成了各項(xiàng)會(huì)議內(nèi)容。
