從本質(zhì)上講，Palletways ID技術(shù)將四個(gè)關(guān)鍵的操作組件合二為一，而且是在叉車操作員進(jìn)行正常的倉庫工作時(shí)獨(dú)特地完成：

- 拍攝托盤的圖像，隨后用于確認(rèn)狀況并提供可追溯性。

- 從托盤正面的任何地方進(jìn)行條碼掃描。不再需要從FLT上下來手動(dòng)掃描條碼，提供比以往更高的效率、準(zhǔn)確性和安全性。

- 當(dāng)FLT將托盤從一個(gè)地方移動(dòng)到另一個(gè)地方時(shí)，準(zhǔn)確記錄托盤的重量--不再需要將托盤放在靜態(tài)秤上。

- 立體化/尺寸化--同樣，這是在托盤移動(dòng)過程中進(jìn)行的，不會(huì)中斷流程，這是用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)立體化技術(shù)不可能對(duì)每個(gè)托盤進(jìn)行的。
