真抓實干謀發(fā)展  奮力實現(xiàn)雙過半

習(xí)近平總書記曾強調(diào):“制造業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展是我國經(jīng)濟高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的重中之重，建設(shè)社會主義現(xiàn)代化強國、發(fā)展壯大實體經(jīng)濟，都離不開制造業(yè)，制造業(yè)作為實體經(jīng)濟的中流砥柱，不但是立國之本、強國之基，也是孕育培養(yǎng)大國工匠的搖籃，更是大國工匠創(chuàng)造奇跡的舞臺”。

近日，為全面了解企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營及重點項目建設(shè)，積極協(xié)調(diào)解決企業(yè)發(fā)展難題，推動企業(yè)提質(zhì)增效及工業(yè)化產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展。省總工會黨組書記、副主席祝榮亮、市總工會黨組書記、副主席邱大武、高新區(qū)（經(jīng)開區(qū)）黨工委委員、管委會副主任林澄海等一行深入龍合智能，開展了“‘工’奮進‘會’合力”行動，助力經(jīng)濟發(fā)展“雙過半”的調(diào)研活動，公司董事長楊靜、總經(jīng)理林偉陪同調(diào)研。

活動過程中，調(diào)研組一行深入龍合智能數(shù)字化展廳及一線生產(chǎn)車間進行實地調(diào)研，雙方就企業(yè)目前的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營、工會組織建設(shè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)工人隊伍改革、職工文化生活情況以及當(dāng)前企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中遇到的困難和問題進行深入交流。

通過此次調(diào)研活動，龍合智能將不斷健全、完善相關(guān)工作制度，為員工營造舒適溫馨的工作氛圍，進一步增強員工幸福感、歸屬感，讓企業(yè)成為職工建功立業(yè)的主戰(zhàn)場，讓職工成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的主人翁，構(gòu)建共創(chuàng)、共享、共贏的和諧勞動關(guān)系，助推經(jīng)濟社會平穩(wěn)健康發(fā)展。
